Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Administrator to manage, support, and optimize AX environments. The role involves workplace administration, release management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage AX environments (DEV, UAT, PROD)
- Configure and support AOS clustering and setup
- Perform performance tuning and ensure system availability
- Execute build and release deployments using Azure DevOps/Bamboo
- Support hotfixes, patches, and version upgrades
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and system health




- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues
- Provide L2/L3 support for AX-related incidents
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

- Datadog or similar Monitoring Tools
- Batch Job Monitoring & Log Analysis
- X++ (Basic Debugging & Analysis)
- SQL Server (Queries & Troubleshooting)
- SSMS, Windows Server, Azure Cloud
