Role Description The MICE Sales & Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves generating and managing sales leads for MICE events, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions to corporate clients. The Executive will coordinate end-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, supplier liaison, travel and accommodation arrangements, and on-ground logistics.





Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality service delivery throughout each project. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution, accurate documentation, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

- Solid Sales and Sales Operations skills, with experience in meeting revenue targets and managing corporate accounts.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client escalations professionally.
- Solid Analytical Skills for costing, budgeting, proposal preparation, and performance reporting.
- Experience in MICE, travel, hospitality, or event management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under time constraints.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM or sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
