We are looking for an experienced professional to manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) and Travel sourcing categories. The role will be responsible for destination sourcing, hotel contracting, supplier management, travel-related procurement, and end-to-end support for high-value domestic and international events, incentive trips, and leadership retreats.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage MICE and Travel sourcing categories.
- Identify and evaluate destinations for incentive trips, conferences, retreats, and corporate events.
- Lead hotel sourcing, negotiations, and contracting activities.
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, event management companies, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers.
- Run RFQs/RFPs and commercial negotiations to achieve optimal value.
- Coordinate travel-related services including air travel, ground transportation, accommodations, and visa support.
- Drive supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand changing business requirements and deliver sourcing solutions.
- Support high-budget domestic and international projects from planning through execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8 to 15 years of experience in MICE, Travel, Events Procurement, or Travel Category Management.
- Candidates from MICE agencies, travel management companies, destination management companies, or corporate travel procurement backgrounds preferred.
