About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. The candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign performance, audience targeting, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation, traffic, conversion, retargeting, and engagement campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and retargeting.
- Create and manage Custom, Lookalike, and Interest-based audiences.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and implement effective scaling strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Monitor Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies,



algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Good understanding of campaign setup, targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with creative and marketing teams.

Preferred
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Meta certification/performance marketing certification is a plus.
