Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

- Handle a minimum monthly advertising budget of ₹1 lakh+, with a solid focus on lead generation and ROI.

- Develop and execute B2B lead-generation campaigns for IT services, including website development, custom software, mobile app development, SaaS, and other technology solutions.

- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify high-quality lead opportunities.

- Create and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Meta lead-generation campaigns.

- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.

- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,



conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns.

- Regularly perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, keywords, and bidding strategies.

- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.

- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.

- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with campaign insights, results, and recommendations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
