The role also contributes to internal engineering quality through documentation, code review, release discipline, and secure delivery practices. Responsibilities

- Build and maintain MERN features across API and UI layers
- Collaborate with product on scope, estimates, and technical trade-offs
- Write tests, improve observability, and fix production issues
- Follow secure coding, auth, and API design standards
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning
