Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from a related department
- Significant experience in Buying and Merchandising Management, with strong expertise across both Woven and Jersey categories
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both internal and external partners
- Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Process-driven mindset with robust organizational and planning skills
- Proactive, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Open to relocation

As an Merchandising Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening our global sourcing network and improving operational excellence across our production hub in India.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and developing overseas merchandising teams to maximize sourcing and order placement opportunities




- Driving lead-time optimization initiatives to improve speed-to-market and supply chain efficiency
- Managing overseas production capacity planning to ensure business continuity and sustainable growth
- Monitoring and enhancing quality performance across international suppliers and production partners
- Achieving competitive buying prices through effective vendor management and strategic sourcing practices
- Evaluating team capabilities, identifying development needs, and implementing training and coaching initiatives
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to support long-term sourcing strategies
- Contributing to sourcing excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement projects
