Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, STP/WTP, DG, and Fire Fighting systems.

- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

- Monitor contractor and technician performance to ensure quality work.

- Attend and resolve breakdown complaints within the defined SLA.

- Conduct routine inspections of all MEP equipment and systems.

- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, equipment history, and checklists.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, EHS standards, and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service providers for maintenance activities.

- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

- Manage spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions when required.

- Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance documentation is updated.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
