- Lead MEP Engineer
- Senior Electrical Design Engineer

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP Engineer
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP design, coordination and technical delivery.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and associated building services.
- Review design drawings, calculations, BOQs, specifications and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts and site coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the design and project teams.

Senior Electrical Design Engineer

- Develop and review electrical designs, layouts,



schematics and technical documentation.
- Perform electrical load calculations, equipment sizing and system design.
- Coordinate electrical services with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and architectural disciplines.
- Prepare and review BOQs, specifications and design submissions.
- Support project teams during construction with technical clarifications and design coordination.
- Ensure designs meet applicable standards, codes and client requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Robust experience in MEP consultancy and commercial fit-out projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design, coordination and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage design responsibilities and meet project deadlines.
