Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with international customers through email and other approved channels.

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, samples and product requirements.

- Coordinate customer sample development and dispatch.

- Follow up with Production, Quality, Design, Purchase and Packaging teams.

- Maintain customer, sample and order records.

- Track pending requirements and ensure timely follow-up.

- Coordinate packaging, labeling and other customer-specific requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation and update company systems/CRM.

Requirements

- Valuable written and spoken English.

- Good communication and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Organized and detail-oriented.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

- Export/merchandising experience will be an advantage.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
