MEP & Utility Manager – Industrial Factory Project

Location: Sikandrabad (On-site)

Salary: INR 50000 -75000 per month

Experience: 8-12 Years | Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Industry Preference: Must have worked in INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING FACTORY only (Not Residential / Commercial Building)

About The Project

We are setting up a new 5000 sqm manufacturing factory in Sikandrabad. Civil work is 70% complete and we are entering the MEP stage.

Key Expertise Required

1. Fire Fighting System: Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room (Main/Jockey pump), Hydraulic Calculations, ISI standards, Fire NOC Liaisoning for UP Fire Department.
2. Plumbing & Water Management: Water line slope (1:100), Sleeve drawings before slab casting, Rain Water Harvesting as per UPPCB norms.
3. ETP / STP: Pit size validation vs capacity, Inlet invert level, Gravity flow, Sludge line sizing.
4. Electrical (HT/LT): Transformer (250kVA+), DG Synchronization, Earthing Pits (Min 6), Cable Trench sizing, Load Calculation for SPM / VMC / Furnace, Light point marking before POP.





Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all MEP vendors (Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, ETP/STP).
- Review and approve vendor drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material quality.
- Check and certify vendor billing and Measurement Books (MB).
- Coordinate with the Civil team to provide sleeve drawings and avoid rework/leakage.
- Handle all liaisoning work for Fire NOC and UPPCB.
- This role will transition to Plant Maintenance Head after project completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Worked in factories in Aligarh / Surajpur / Kasna / Sikandrabad belt.
- Knows UPSIDC norms and industrial factory compliances.
- Solid vendor handling and quality checking skills.
- Candidates from L&T;, Voltas MEP, or similar industrial projects will be preferred.
