- Design and develop MEP systems for commercial projects, including fitness centers and turnkey projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems into building designs.
- Conduct site visits to inspect installations and troubleshoot issues related to MEP systems.
- Develop detailed estimates for clients on the cost of materials and labor required for interior finishing work.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in designing or working on commercial projects with a focus on MEP engineering.
- Robust understanding of interior works, including fitness center layouts and turnkey project execution.
- Proficiency in designing complex HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures, and other MEP components.
