Role Description The Member role at Rise Physiotherapy is a full-time, on-site position based in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore. Daily responsibilities include supporting physiotherapists and wellness professionals in delivering high-quality care, assisting with client reception and scheduling, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. The Member will interact with clients in a respectful and professional manner, provide basic information about services,



and ensure smooth coordination of appointments and follow-ups.

The role may also involve maintaining records, preparing treatment areas, and collaborating with the team on initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members, both in person and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of healthcare or wellness environments, with an interest in physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and basic data entry.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in health sciences, physiotherapy assistance, or a related field is preferred.
