Role Description The Member role at UTI Mutual Fund is a full-time, on-site position based in Raurkela. In this role, the individual will engage with investors, provide information about mutual fund products, and support clients in understanding investment options and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with account opening and documentation, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of transactions.

The Member will help maintain records, follow compliance guidelines,



and participate in local outreach or investor education activities as required. This position involves consistent interaction with customers and colleagues, requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Solid customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate investment information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in basic financial concepts and interest in mutual funds, capital markets, and personal finance.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, with accuracy in handling forms, records, and transaction details.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a branch environment, collaborating with team members and interacting with walk-in customers.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of office productivity tools and internal systems for data entry and reporting.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in mutual funds or financial services are a plus.
- Demonstrated integrity, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and a commitment to ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
