About the Role

Ramayana Healthcare & Diagnostics is looking for a Medical Typist – Radiology & Ultrasound to support our diagnostic team with accurate and timely preparation of ultrasound and radiology reports.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a clinical workplace, has good typing and documentation skills, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and timely reporting in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Type and prepare ultrasound/radiology reports accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with radiologists for report preparation and corrections.
- Ensure proper formatting, spelling, terminology and overall accuracy of reports.
- Proofread reports before finalisation.
- Maintain patient information and documentation with strict confidentiality.
- Organise reports and assist with day-to-day reporting workflow.
- Coordinate with the clinical/front-desk team whenever required for smooth patient reporting.





Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of prior experience in a medical/healthcare environment is required.
- Previous experience with radiology, ultrasound, diagnostic centre or hospital reporting will be strongly preferred.
- General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) qualification is highly preferred.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a professional clinical environment.
