Vijaybhoomi University is looking for a creative and hands-on Media Production Associate to capture and showcase the vibrant campus life, academic workplace, and student experiences.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end photography and videography across the university for brochures, website, social media, events, admissions, and marketing campaigns, along with managing media assets and supporting student-led creative teams.

Responsibilities

- Photography

- Capture high-quality photographs for:

- Brochures and admission collaterals

- Website and digital platforms

- Social media and marketing campaigns

- Campus infrastructure, classrooms, and facilities

- Student life, candid moments, and campus culture

- Events including festivals, workshops, guest lectures, competitions, and ceremonies

- Ensure strong execution of:

- Lighting

- Composition

- Framing

- Brand consistency

- Videography Content Creation

- Shoot engaging video content for:

- Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

- Social media campaigns

- Website and promotional films

- Admissions and branding campaigns

- Student stories and testimonials

- Events and campus activities

- Behind-the-scenes (BTS) content

- Record and manage:

- Podcasts

- Interviews

- Event coverage

- Academic and cultural activities

- Editing Post-Production

- Perform basic to intermediate editing of:

- Photos (colour correction, retouching, resizing)

- Videos (cuts, transitions, subtitles, audio sync, formatting)

- Optimize content for different platforms and formats

- Shoot Production Management

- Independently plan and execute shoots across campus

- Manage:

- Lighting setup

- Audio recording

- Camera framing and composition

- Indoor and outdoor production environments





- Ensure high-quality output across all shoots and events

- Media Asset Management

- Upload, organize, and maintain content on the Vijaybhoomi Media Drive

- Maintain proper folder structures, naming conventions, and backups

- Ensure easy accessibility and systematic organization of all media assets

- Student Team Coordination

- Oversee and guide the student photography and videography team

- Coordinate with students for shoots

- Ensure consistency and quality across student-generated content

- Equipment Handling

- Efficiently operate and manage:

- DSLR/Mirrorless cameras

- Lenses, tripods, etc.

- Audio devices and microphones

- Lighting equipment

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all equipment

Required Skills Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in photography and videography

- Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and video work (mandatory)

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Lightroom

- Photoshop

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Final Cut Pro

- Strong understanding of:

- Lighting techniques

- Composition and framing

- Audio recording basics

- Social media content formats and trends

- Strong visual storytelling ability

- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Ability to independently manage shoots and productions

- Organized and efficient in managing media assets
