We are inviting applications for Media reconciliation role

**Work location: Noida (Work from office)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Reconciliation Specialist to manage end-to-end media reconciliation, financial auditing, invoice validation, and revenue assurance activities across multiple media channels. The role requires strong expertise in media billing operations, financial analytics, advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end media reconciliation operations across Direct Response, Digital Media, Radio, TV, and Local Media.
- Review and reconcile high-volume media invoices against contractual rates, media plans, insertion orders, and supporting documentation.
- Perform detailed analysis of rate discrepancies, run discrepancies, billing variances, credits, and adjustments, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.




- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, exception tracking, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports, variance reports, audit summaries, and management dashboards to support financial decision-making.
- Identify recurring billing issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies.
