Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow business across Raigad and surrounding industrial areas.

- Build strong relationships with customers across Steel, Cement, Mining, Construction, OEMs, Power, and manufacturing industries.

- Promote and sell industrial products such as Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubrication Systems, Automatic Lubrication Solutions, and Power Transmission products.

- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert opportunities into business.

- Identify shutdown, maintenance, replacement, and project opportunities.

- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth order execution.

- Ensure timely collections and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.

- Travel extensively across Raigad and Maharashtra as required.





What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales.

- Experience selling engineering/MRO products, bearings, gearboxes, lubrication systems, industrial automation, or similar products.

- Strong customer network in manufacturing and industrial sectors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven, result-oriented, and commercially focused.

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
