: Mechanical Foreman for Manufacturing Plant

Position: Mechanical Foreman

Job Overview:

The Mechanical Foreman will oversee the mechanical operations within the manufacturing plant, ensuring that all machinery and equipment function efficiently and safely. This role involves supervising a team of technicians and mechanics, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing best practices in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and workers.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.




- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
- Train and mentor junior staff on mechanical operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a mechanical supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
