Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Pune

Industry: Industrial Equipment / Air Compressors

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our Field Sales team for industrial air compressors and related products. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, lead generation, understanding technical requirements, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit industrial customers and generate current sales leads.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable compressor solutions.
- Promote air compressors, dryers, air receivers, piping systems and related products.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and basic technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical/sales team.




- Follow up on enquiries and quotations until order closure.
- Maintain customer relationships and regularly update sales/visit reports.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for installation and after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and industrial equipment.
- Interest in technical/field sales.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidates:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical freshers.
- Candidates with internship/project exposure in compressors, pumps, HVAC, pneumatics, industrial machinery or manufacturing will be preferred.
