- Should Costing & Cost Modeling (Clean Sheet Costing)
- Engineering analysis using CAD models, technical drawings & GD&T;
- Manufacturing process analysis and cost optimization
- Simulation-based manufacturing scenario evaluation
- Market research on manufacturing technologies, equipment & regional sourcing
- Advanced Excel-based cost modeling & automation
- Supplier quote benchmarking and cost reduction opportunities
- Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
