About the role A 3-month internship with an option to convert into full-time role, built as an exponential learning curve - from the basics to a complete, industry-ready mechanical engineer. Strong performers get a full-time job offer. You'll spend time both on the shop floor and in the office, seeing how work is built and how it's planned.

What you'll do

- Learn to read engineering and fabrication drawings, and build material and work lists for each job
- Take part in planning the weight and step-by-step process for real, live jobs
- Learn how a drawing becomes an AutoCAD program that runs our CNC cutting and drilling machines
- Learn our welding processes well enough to inspect the quality of live work




- Build clear, skilled reports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- See the full cycle of a job: drawings → planning → procuring → fabrication → welding → painting → despatch

What we're looking for

- Fresh B.Tech / Diploma graduate in Mechanical Engineering (0–2 years experience)
- Strong fundamentals in materials, engineering drawings, tolerances, basic design
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; willingness to learn CNC programming on the job
- Very good with MS Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a strong plus
- Energetic, hands-on, and able to perform under pressure as part of a team
