Handle inbound international calls from US customers.
Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.
Follow standard customer service and process guidelines.
Maintain high-quality communication during calls.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Meet required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters





Requirements
Qualification: Any Undergraduate / Graduate BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA & MBA
Graduation Year: 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs
2026 result awaited candidates: Eligible
Regular Graduation Pursuing candidates are not eligibile​
Experience: Freshers and experience both can apply
Communication: Excellent English communication required
Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
Comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs
Immediate joiners preferred
Work from office only
