Manage end-to-end recruitment for Phlebotomists, Lab Technicians, Pathologists and Diagnostics roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and local hiring networks.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up and feedback.
Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth candidate closure.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure TAT and hiring targets are achieved.
