Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mechanic Cum Electrician to join our Maintenance Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all machinery, electrical systems, rides, and other equipment are operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults, wiring issues, motor problems, and equipment breakdowns.
- Handle maintenance of motors, pumps, generators, panels, switches, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance of machines, equipment, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, gears, and related components.
- Assist in the maintenance and servicing of amusement park rides and other operational equipment.
- Identify faults and attend to breakdowns promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Check electrical connections, control panels, cables, switches, MCBs, contactors, relays, and other components.
- Conduct routine checks of machinery and report any abnormal sounds, vibrations, overheating, leakage, or other issues.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, breakdowns, repairs, and replacement of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Head and other team members for major repair and maintenance activities.




- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out following proper safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
- Support emergency maintenance requirements during park operating hours.
- Ensure that electrical and mechanical systems are kept in secure and working condition.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Maintenance Head.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Knowledge of motors, pumps, wiring, control panels, and basic electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and machinery.
- Ability to use electrical and mechanical tools safely.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by park operations.
- Good awareness of workplace and electrical safety practices.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical trade.
- Candidates with relevant technical experience may also be considered.

Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in amusement parks, hotels, manufacturing units, facilities, machinery maintenance, or similar environments will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, alert, responsible, and capable of responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requirements. Experience in handling both electrical and mechanical maintenance will be preferred. Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
