We will count on you to:

- Participate in high-level and low-level design activities
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions
- Ensure reusability, security, performance, and adherence to standard industry coding practices and patterns
- Conduct code reviews
- Function as part of a highly collaborative team
- Be flexible in working shifts to maintain the required overlap with other geographic teams (Australia, US, UK, etc.)
- Work independently without supervision or direction and resolve technical hurdles autonomously
- Identify technical requirements by comparing different application versions and propose efficient, high-quality solutions and recommendations
- Work with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills
- Introduce, lead, and implement software engineering best practices
- Proactively propose new ideas and solutions
- Be motivated to learn and apply new technologies
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills for collaboration with colleagues across geographies

What you need to have:

At least 3 years of experience in application development using the MEAN stack.

Mandatory skillset/exposure:

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular version 7+
- Strong hands-on experience in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Good to have experience in MongoDB
- Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Git and continuous integration
- Experience writing extensive unit tests
- Good understanding of DevOps
- Hands-on exposure to cloud migration and AI
- AWS and API understanding will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of cybersecurity guidelines
- Strong team player with the ability to learn and share knowledge
- Proactive in proposing new ideas and solutions
- Motivated to learn and apply new technologies
- Good understanding of cybersecurity guidelines
- Experience with Git and continuous integration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
