We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with a BBA/MBA background to manage customer interactions, build strong relationships, and support business growth through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, services, and requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Achieve assigned customer service and relationship-management targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Confident, skilled, and presentable personality.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Eligibility
- BBA / MBA in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
