Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Tutor role based in Gurugram. The tutor will deliver engaging, concept-focused lessons in mathematics, including algebra, to students across defined grade levels. Daily tasks include planning lesson content, conducting classroom or small-group sessions, providing individual support, and tracking student progress.

The tutor will assess learning gaps, prepare practice materials, and offer regular feedback to learners and, where relevant, guardians.



The role also involves collaborating with other tutors, following institutional guidelines, and maintaining an organized and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics, including Algebra, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in Tutoring or teaching, with a focus on structured lesson delivery and student support.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to adapt explanations to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with Online Tutoring tools and methods is an advantage for blended or supplemental instruction.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, maintain records of student performance, and meet scheduled commitments.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with a multidisciplinary academic team.
