Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator – Ground-Mount Solar

Department: Project Management / EPC

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate electrical installation activities for ground-mount solar PV projects.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and specifications.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure the timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
- Support quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and energization activities.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and escalate them to the Project Manager/Management
- Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in electrical construction or utility-scale ground-mount solar PV projects.
- Understanding of DC and AC electrical systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, MV/LV distribution, and SCADA systems.

Required Skills

- Robust project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Working Conditions

- Combination of office and construction site work.
- Frequent travel to project sites may be required.

- Material availability and procurement efficiency.
- Accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
