Role Description This full-time remote Marketing Specialist role focuses on driving awareness and adoption of TickoraDesk among target markets.

The Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, develop positioning and messaging that highlight product value, and collaborate with sales and customer success to support lead generation and conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing campaign performance metrics, creating marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and social content, and maintaining consistent brand communication.



The role also involves partnering with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches, customer feedback, and overall business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and plan effective campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with Sales to support lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Background in Customer Service or customer-facing roles to understand support workflows and user needs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media management, analytics tools) and CRM or marketing automation systems.
- Ability to interpret data, create reports, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
