Scinuvo is a quick-growing consumer products company based in Navi Mumbai. We sell across our own D2C website and every major Indian marketplace and quick-commerce platform. We are a small, hands-on team where ownership matters more than hierarchy.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Specialist to run day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other ecommerce platforms. This is an execution-heavy role - you will be inside seller panels every single day, fixing listings, protecting stock health and chasing issues to closure.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end seller panel operations across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Nykaa and Myntra

Create and maintain catalogues: listing uploads, flat files, content, images, A+ content, variations, category and attribute fixes

Monitor inventory and stock health across platforms and warehouses, plan replenishment and prevent out-of-stock situations

Manage order flow, returns, RTOs, claims and reconciliation, and chase reimbursements for lost or damaged inventory

Run pricing, offers, coupons and platform promotions, and keep pricing consistent across channels

Raise and follow up on support cases until closure - listing suppressions,



compliance flags, payment discrepancies, appointment and PO issues

Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL partners on dispatches, appointments and delivery timelines

Maintain daily MIS on sales, inventory, returns and ad spend, and flag problems early

Support marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA) with reporting, keyword and bid inputs

What We Are Looking For

2 to 4 years of hands-on ecommerce or marketplace operations experience

Direct working experience on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, quick-commerce experience on Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart is a strong plus

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills - pivot tables, lookups and reconciliation

Comfortable with bulk uploads, flat files and platform reports

Detail-oriented with an ownership mindset, able to follow problems through to closure without hand-holding

Graduate in any discipline
