Marketing Specialist – B2B & B2CFlamingo Resort Munnar

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive B2C bookings and enquiries through Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, offers and seasonal promotions.
- Manage the resort's social media presence, content and online reputation.
- Generate new business through travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong B2B partnerships for room nights, group bookings and packages.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings and market visits to generate business.
- Develop corporate, group, couple and family packages.
- Manage and follow up on leads from all marketing and sales channels.
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with reservations/front office to improve lead-to-booking conversion.
- Track bookings, revenue, leads,



B2B accounts and campaign ROI.
- Build partnerships with influencers, travel businesses and local tourism partners.
- Focus on revenue generation, occupancy and direct bookings, not just social-media engagement.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in hotel/resort marketing or sales preferred.
- Strong B2B and B2C sales skills.
- Valuable knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Target-oriented, proactive and commercially minded.
- Malayalam + English required; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
