Smart Start Centers is a growing U.S.-based company looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing, Social Media & Video Content Specialist to join our remote team.

Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred, although exceptional candidates from other parts of India are also encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, create exciting content, build engagement, start conversations, and help grow our online presence.

What You Will Do

You will help us grow and strengthen our online presence across social media and digital platforms.

Content Creation & Video

- Create engaging videos, Reels, short-form videos, and promotional content
- Edit qualified and engaging videos for social media
- Create eye-catching graphics and marketing materials
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas
- Create content that encourages comments, shares, conversations, and engagement
- Develop content for programs, services, events, locations, and special campaigns
- Stay current with social media trends and identify new content opportunities

Social Media & Community Engagement

- Manage and post content across relevant social media platforms
- Engage professionally with comments, messages, and followers
- Participate in relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, Instagram communities, and other online communities
- Find communities and platforms where our target audience is active
- Start meaningful conversations and discussions
- Build genuine relationships with our target audience
- Identify appropriate opportunities to introduce our company and services without spamming communities
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness

Marketing & Growth

- Research current marketing and social media trends
- Monitor content performance and identify what works best
- Recommend improvements based on data and results
- Bring fresh and creative ideas to help our company stand out
- Help develop marketing campaigns for our programs, services, events, and locations




- Track marketing results and identify which activities are generating engagement, inquiries, leads, and growth
- Look for new opportunities to increase our visibility and reach

Remote Team & Company Systems

- Work remotely with our U.S.-based management team
- Communicate consistently and professionally with the team
- Access and work through approved company systems, including VPN and other secure platforms, as required
- Follow company branding guidelines, posting guidelines, and approval procedures
- Take ownership of assigned projects and meet deadlines

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong knowledge of social media marketing
- Knows how to create and edit qualified, engaging videos
- Understands Reels, short-form video, and current social media trends
- Knows how to create engagement, not just posts
- Is comfortable interacting with people and building online communities
- Can start conversations and generate interest around a company and its services
- Understands organic social media growth
- Is creative, proactive, energetic, and full of ideas
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Is organized, responsive, and reliable
- Understands how to use social media strategically
- Is focused on results and growth, not simply completing assigned tasks

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content-creation and video-editing tools is preferred.

Compensation

Starting Salary: INR 150,000 per year For the right candidate with exceptional skills, creativity, strong experience, and proven results, compensation may be discussed further.
