About Us

Mahalaxmi Diesels Pvt Ltd is an authorized dealer for Kirloskar Oil & Engines, providing top-tier sales, service, and maintenance solutions under the Kirloskar Care umbrella. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Representative to expand our market presence and drive lead generation across the Satara region.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Marketing & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and connect with potential industrial, commercial, and residential clients to generate leads for generator sets, diesel engines, and Kirloskar Care services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing clients, contractors, consultants, and key industry decision-makers.
- Brand Visibility: Execute local marketing drives, promotional activities, and field visits to build brand awareness for Mahalaxmi Diesels and Kirloskar Care products across Satara.
- Market Intelligence: Gather local market feedback, keep track of competitor activities, and identify potential growth avenues in neighboring industrial clusters.
- Reporting & Coordination:



Maintain detailed daily logs of client visits, follow-ups, and market inquiries, coordinating closely with the internal sales and service teams to ensure smooth handovers.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales or industrial marketing (prior experience in power generation, machinery, or industrial equipment is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; basic working knowledge of MS Office.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle for local business travel.
- Local Knowledge: Sound understanding of Satara’s industrial hubs and commercial sectors (MIDC areas, agricultural processing centers, and commercial hubs).
