Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to promote our lab-grown diamond jewelry, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creative thinking, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Strategic Marketing: ○ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote lab-grown diamond jewelry and achieve sales objectives. ○ Define marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); track campaign performance and deliver regular ROI reports.

● Brand Management: ○ Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives. ○ Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.

● Campaign Management: ○ Lead marketing initiatives including digital advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and promotional events. ○ Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to align marketing efforts with the overall brand vision and positioning.

● Market Insights & Budget Management: ○ Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, using insights to identify growth opportunities. ○ Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve objectives.

● Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: ○ Drive demand generation campaigns across online platforms to attract and convert new leads. ○ Optimize the customer acquisition funnel using data and performance metrics.





● Content Creation & Partnerships: ○ Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful content across channels to connect with the target audience. ○ Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand reach and effectiveness.

● Team & Vendor Coordination: ○ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) and manage external vendors or freelancers to ensure timely and effective execution.

● Performance Tracking & Reporting: ○ Monitor marketing KPIs and analyze campaign data to refine future strategy. ○ Use tools and dashboards to generate reports and insights.

● Stakeholder Communication: ○ Provide regular updates to senior management on ongoing initiatives, outcomes, and future marketing plans.

● Innovation & Collaboration: ○ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and platforms to keep the brand innovative and competitive. ○ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

● Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights.

● Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a team effectively.

● Creativity combined with strategic thinking to develop cutting-edge and impactful marketing campaigns.

● Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems is an advantage.

● Knowledge of Canva and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
