- Job Res*ponsibilities:

1. Develop and strengthen referral marketing network for Home Healthcare Services.

2. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing Homes and Healthcare Professionals.

3. Generate leads for Home Nursing, Caregiver Services, Physiotherapy, Doctor Visit at Home, Medical Equipment and other Home Care Services.

4. Identify and develop recent referral channels including Diagnostic Centres, Pharmacies, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), NGOs and Corporate HR departments.

5. Initiate and manage tie-ups with Senior Citizen Clubs, Senior Living Communities and Social Organizations for awareness activities and lead generation.

6. Organise health talks, medical camps,



awareness programs and community engagement activities.

7. Visit hospitals and healthcare professionals regularly to strengthen referral relationships

8. Maintain database of referral partners and submit daily/weekly activity reports.

9. Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery to referred patients.

10. Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

- Salary range: 3to6lpa+other benefits
- Experience: 2-3yrs in any field of sales
