Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Planning

- Prepare monthly and yearly marketing plans.

- Plan festival, seasonal, bridal, gold, silver and diamond campaigns.

- Develop promotional offers and customer acquisition strategies.

- Sales & Lead Generation

- Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing.

- Increase showroom walk-ins and sales conversions.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up.

- Digital Marketing

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp marketing.

- Plan reels, product videos, offers and promotional content.

- Monitor digital campaigns and generate leads through social media.

- Local Area Marketing

- Plan pamphlets, banners, hoardings and local promotions.

- Conduct temple, festival, community and event-based marketing.

- Develop local business and corporate tie-ups.

- Customer Database Management

- Build and maintain customer databases.

- Conduct WhatsApp and telecalling campaigns.

- Plan birthday, anniversary and repeat-customer campaigns.

- Improve customer retention and repeat purchases.

- Campaign Management

- New jewellery collection launches.





- Bridal jewellery campaigns.

- Gold and silver promotions.

- Jewellery exhibitions and expos.

- Anniversary and festival offers.

- Team Management

- Allocate daily activities to marketing executives.

- Set individual and team targets.

- Conduct daily/weekly reviews.

- Monitor target vs. achievement.

- Vendor & Agency Management

- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, printers, photographers and influencers.

- Control marketing expenses and budgets.

- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

- Competitor Analysis

- Track competitor offers, schemes and promotions.

- Monitor market trends and customer preferences.

- Identify current business and marketing opportunities.
