About the Role

- Looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager Brand Marketing to lead marketing strategy, integrated campaigns and brand activation in the India market.
- This is a strategic and hands-on role for a marketing skilled who can translate brand strategy into impactful 360 marketing campaigns, consumer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
- You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Manufacturing teams to build strong brands and accelerate business growth.

What You Will Do

- Lead the development and execution of 360 integrated marketing campaigns and annual marketing roadmaps.
- Lead Social Media, Influencer Marketing, PR, Events, Creative, CRM, Print, Google My Business and other consumer touchpoints.
- Manage local marketing agencies and external partners to ensure effective execution, quality delivery and efficient resource utilization.
- Use consumer insights, data and analytics to measure campaign performance,



identify opportunities and optimize future marketing initiatives

Budget & Business Management

- Track marketing spends, budget actualization and ROI in partnership with Finance, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- 8-12 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or a related function.
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience across Digital Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, PR, Events, CRM, Trade Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, analytical ability and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use data, analytics and consumer insights to measure campaign effectiveness and drive business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and collaboration skills.

Education

- PG: MBA/PGDM in MarketingRole & responsibilities
