Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Indore.

The Marketing

Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Pahwa Rubber Industries’ products and capabilities across target industries. Day-to-day activities include managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and production teams to create product-focused content and collateral, and conducting market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.



The role involves overseeing brand positioning, managing the company’s online presence and website content, participating in trade shows and industry events, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

The Marketing

Manager will analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including experience in B2B or industrial marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing practices such as social media management, website content updates, and basic SEO.
- Ability to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and product descriptions.
- Competence in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Experience collaborating with sales, production, and technical teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, or related sectors is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, design or content tools is a plus).
