Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive DACBY’s digital marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise Performance Marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, etc.

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and revenue.

- Build and execute Content Strategy across social media, website, YouTube, and other channels.

- Plan and coordinate marketing creatives, including ads, banners, videos, and social content.

- Track marketing performance and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, traffic, and conversions.

- Research competitors, trends, and current growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.

- Creative mindset with strong understanding of what makes content and ads perform.

- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.

- E-commerce/D2C experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
