About the Role

CJ Smart India Private Limited is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our Smart TV & EV scooter brand and expanding retail showroom network across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Brand Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, boost retail showroom footfall, and drive sales growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve key business objectives.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Gen: Drive end-to-end digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms to generate qualified leads and increase reach.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, connect, and collaborate with key social media influencers and content creators for brand promotions, showroom events, and regional campaigns.
- Campaign & Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches, festive campaigns, promotional offers, and localized branch-level marketing efforts.




- Performance & Conversion Tracking: Oversee telecaller lead conversions, track sales funnel performance, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates.
- Analytics & MIS Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed MIS reports, and leverage data to optimize marketing ROI..
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all online and offline channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales teams, Branch Managers, and Senior Management to meet organizational targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail, FMCG, or related consumer sectors is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, influencer collaboration, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Track Record: Proven ability to plan and deliver successful, measurable marketing campaigns.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
