Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager based in India to orchestrate global campaigns and projects across multiple economic regions, working closely with our Specialist Teams in the SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft ecosystems.

This role is more than execution you will also build and manage our marketing team and presence in India, acting as the local lead for our global marketing function.

It's a hands-on role spanning multiple areas of marketing campaigns, content, web, and marketing automation combined with leading and growing the India team.

This role suits an all-rounder, not a specialist. You should be comfortable moving between planning, hands-on delivery, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and steer global marketing projects and campaigns across multiple economic regions
- Coordinate Specialist Teams (SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft) and regional marketing units globally
- Build, lead, and develop the marketing team based in India
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the India team and global marketing leadership
- Execute hands-on work across multiple disciplines, including campaigns, content, web, and marketing automation
- Contribute to demand and lead generation efforts along global campaigns




- Manage operational execution across timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and dependencies
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all regions
- Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies as needed to support execution.

Preferred profile of candidate

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience in the enterprise IT / SaaS space
- Broad skill set spanning multiple marketing disciplines (true generalist profile)
- Solid understanding of marketing project management/steering
- Fluent English, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding standards.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Robust project management and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
- Experience in demand and lead generation is a plus.
- Experience within the SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft ecosystem (partner/service provider environment) is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress/Element or, Asana, Google Analytics, HubSpot is a plus.
