About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing and growth initiatives. The person will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving marketing ROI, scaling digital campaigns and developing growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, leads, conversions and revenue.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital channels.
- Own marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spends across campaigns and channels.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, retention and revenue contribution.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the Content, Social Media, Product, Sales and Business teams to build integrated growth campaigns.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Identify new marketing channels, tools and opportunities to expand the company's reach and customer base.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Track competitor activity, market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies and campaign assets.
- Drive experimentation and develop new strategies to improve conversion,



customer lifetime value and overall marketing efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies, freelancers or marketing partners, wherever required.
- Set monthly and quarterly growth targets and ensure execution against agreed KPIs.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and campaign optimisation.
- Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good understanding of metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, retention and LTV.
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and take ownership of growth targets.
