Life by Design is a premium personal development centre in Chennai. We are building the founding team for a business that takes participants through a structured journey from self-awareness to identity shift to purposeful contribution.

The Marketing Lead owns our voice and presence across every channel email, social, and written content. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role: you will write the copy, plan the content calendar, and act as our internal point of contact for our external content and design team, briefing them and reviewing their output.

What you'll own:

- Write all marketing copy captions, emails, landing pages, ad copy in a voice consistent with the brand
- Plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Build and manage email sequences for leads, registrants, and past participants; track and improve performance
- Own social media posting, scheduling, and community response




- Brief and coordinate with our external content and design team; review their output before it goes live
- Build easy, repeatable systems so content quality holds as volume grows

What we're looking for:

- You can write clearly and persuasively in English
- You've run email and social campaigns end-to-end yourself, not just planned them
- You have an eye for design and can put together a clean, on-brand post independently
- You take initiative and think in systems
- Experience with founder-led, personal brand, wellness, or education marketing is a strong plus
- You can write content

This is a founding hire. The role is not limited to the list above you'll be expected to take ownership of LBD's entire content and communication output as the business grows. We are genuinely open to shaping this role around your strengths. Location: Chennai, Royapettah. In-office 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
