The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Lead to build VyomX's lead-generation function from the ground up. This isn't a brand-campaign role — it's a numbers role. You'll own everything from identifying target accounts to generating qualified leads that convert into signed contracts, working directly with the founders in a fast-moving, resource-lean workplace.

What You'll Do

- Own lead generation end-to-end — identify target accounts (facility management companies, developers, RWAs) and build outbound and inbound channels that produce qualified leads on a monthly cadence
- Lead with our signature offer:



a free facade thermal + RGB inspection report as the door-opener for new client conversations
- Build and run VyomX's digital presence — LinkedIn, case studies, a services brochure, and rate card
- Run account-based outreach into key NCR developer accounts and represent VyomX at industry events (CREDAI, NAREDCO)
- Operate lean — most of your first two quarters will run on organic and low-cost channels, not a paid media budget
- Flag early government/tender opportunities (GeM, CPWD, DDA) to the founders as you come across them

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing or lead generation, senior enough to own strategy independently
- Experience in a complex, relationship-driven B2B category — facility management, real estate/construction, or industrial services. Pure consumer/D2C marketing backgrounds are not a fit for this role
- A track record you can show, not just describe — actual leads or pipeline generated in a past role
- Comfortable generating results without a large budget or marketing stack
- Strong written communication — you'll be writing case studies, LinkedIn content, and client-facing pitch material yourself
- Genuinely energized by early-stage, founder-run environments with evolving processes — this is not a role for someone who needs a fully built playbook on day one

Positive to Have
- Exposure to government tenders, GeM, or CPP portal processes
- Existing relationships with NCR facility managers or developers
- Familiarity with drone, infrastructure-inspection, or other technical B2B services
- Experience presenting at industry events or conferences
