Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work from home arrangements.

The Marketing

Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with social media content, promoting special offers, and helping execute local campaigns to increase footfall and brand awareness. The intern will conduct basic market research, gather customer feedback, and help analyze marketing performance to inform future strategies.



They will also collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure marketing messages align with the in-restaurant experience and assist with occasional on-site events or promotions.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and interpret insights to support Marketing Strategy.
- Interest or experience in Sales and Customer Service within a retail or hospitality environment.
- Understanding of basic Marketing Strategy concepts and willingness to learn restaurant marketing practices.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with using social media platforms and basic digital tools for marketing activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from Gurugram, collaborating both in-person and remotely.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
