Marketing Intern - Creative Marketing & Growth

Location: Bengaluru | Work Mode: In-Office

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, curious and execution-focused Marketing Intern to take ownership of our digital presence and help build our brand across content, social media, video, performance marketing and SEO.

This is a hands-on creative + growth role. You will be involved in everything from deciding what content we should create to getting it in front of the right audience and measuring what works.

What You’ll Own

- YouTube: End-to-end ownership content ideation, research, scripting support, publishing, thumbnails/titles, distribution and performance tracking.
- Social Media: Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms.
- Content Strategy: Identify content opportunities, trends and formats that can help us build reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Creative Execution: Develop creative concepts for videos, social posts, campaigns and other marketing assets.
- Content Distribution: Build and execute distribution strategies to maximise the reach of every piece of content.
- Performance Marketing: Set up, run and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- SEO & AEO:



Research keywords/topics and create SEO- and AEO-optimised blogs and website content.
- Analytics: Track content and campaign performance and continuously experiment with what works.
- Marketing Experiments: Test current channels, formats, tools and growth ideas to drive audience and business growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Highly creative and proactive someone who naturally thinks of new ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good understanding of social media, content and digital marketing
- Interest in YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and digital content
- Willingness to learn Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/AEO and analytics
- Strong execution skills ideas should turn into actual output
- Comfortable experimenting, analysing results and trying again
- Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut/Premiere or similar tools is a plus
- Prior content creation, social media or marketing experience is a plus
