GTM & Performance Marketing Intern

Internship Duration: 12 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000-₹18,000 per month

Pre-Placement Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time opportunity with an annual package of approximately ₹2.5–4 LPA.

About The Role

We are looking for 2–4 creative and commercially curious interns to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Performance Marketing team.

The selected interns will work closely with the leadership, product, and business development teams on real-world marketing initiatives, including product positioning, market research, website and landing-page planning, content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance tracking.

Interns will work on either 22North’s aviation products — YieldMax, RecoverMax and ImpactMax — or Communicator (ZABL), an enterprise customer-engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for products.
- Research target markets, customers, competitors and industry trends.
- Support planning and updating of product websites and landing pages.
- Create content for websites, social media, campaigns and marketing materials.
- Develop presentations, brochures, case studies and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in planning SEO and performance marketing campaigns.
- Identify target accounts and build relevant prospect databases.
- Support lead-generation and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Track website traffic, leads, conversions and overall campaign performance.
- Work with leadership, product and business-development teams on marketing initiatives.
- Use online research, Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools to support marketing activities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an interest in marketing.
- Strong commercial curiosity and structured thinking.




- Good online research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with MS Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.
- Willingness to learn and work on multiple marketing activities.

Eligibility

- BBA / MBA students and recent graduates from relevant or related disciplines.
- Candidates with a strong interest in Marketing, Digital Marketing, GTM, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with college, internship, freelance or personal project experience can be considered.
