About the Role: Marketing Designer

Location: Bangalore, on-site.

We're looking for a Marketing Designer with 1–2 years of experience who can move fast without dropping quality. This is a high-output role. You'll be producing marketing assets every single day, for our own brand and for the clients we work with.

Decks, social posts, campaign assets, short-form videos, reels. Some days it's a 30-slide marketing deck. Some days it's six social posts and a reel by evening. The volume is real, and so is the standard. Everything that leaves here carries our name or a client's.

Most of our tribe are specialists in one craft, but nearly everyone here wears multiple hats. You'll sit close to strategists, content writers, and senior designers, and you'll learn faster here in a year than most do in three.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing marketing and sales decks, pitch presentations, and client-facing documents
- Creating social media creatives including static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign creatives
- Producing short-form video content such as reels, cutdowns, and motion-led social assets
- Building marketing collateral: brochures, one-pagers, email creatives, ads, and banners
- Working on both in-house Helveticans marketing and live client campaigns
- Adapting existing brand systems into fresh, on-brand assets across formats and channels
- Managing multiple briefs a day and delivering to tight turnarounds
- Working closely with content writers, strategists, and senior designers to take ideas from brief to final asset

What You'll Need





- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or brand design (minimum 1 year, hands-on)
- A portfolio showing real marketing assets: decks, social creatives, campaign work, video
- Strong command of Photoshop & Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects for short-form video and reels
- Solid fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, and grid discipline
- Genuine understanding of social platforms and what performs on each
- Ability to juggle multiple deliverables in a day without losing quality
- Comfort using AI tools in your workflow. We use Claude and others daily, and knowing how to work with them is a strong plus
- Clear communication and the willingness to take direction and iterate quickly
