Job Title: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation &
- Business Development
- Identify and approach new potential buyers for recycled textile fibres.
- Generate quality leads through market research, online platforms, industry networks, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead and customer database.
- Office Merchandising &
- Customer Follow-up
- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries from the initial stage until order completion.
- Ensure all customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order details are properly documented.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Sales &
- Negotiation
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other required documents with potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers as per company guidelines.
- Support the sales process and actively participate in order finalization and contract discussions.
- Market Awareness &
- Research
- Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing, industry trends, customer requirements, and market demand.




- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Share regular market insights and competitor updates with the management team.
- Customer Support &
- Order Coordination
- Coordinate with internal dispatch, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Positive follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and reports.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing, merchandising, or business development will be preferred.
